7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
  • Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTEDAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
